Danielle Berry
Managing Director
Consultant Speech & Language Therapist
Danielle oversees the whole operation at Berry Therapy, whilst also managing her own caseload.
Danielle is a highly experienced speech and language therapist in the area of augmentative, alternative communication (AAC), having worked in the NHS, private and commercial sectors for nearly ten years.

She is absolutely committed to supporting those with little or no speech to have a voice and interact with people and the world around them. Having worked around the world supporting the implementation of assistive technology, she brings years of experience and knowledge to end users and those who support them.
Jayson Berry
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Jayson is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the business, meeting our operational goals and objectives and providing support and guidance to our team. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies and policies that help us meet our long-term objectives.
He has a strong technical background and loves an excuse to get involved with programming of electronic AAC systems.
Alice Wilks
Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist
Alice is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with lots of experience working within both the NHS and the private sector.
She is passionate about her clinical caseload, as well as finding innovative and flexible ways to improve service development.
Alice always takes an enthusiastic and motivated approach to achieve high standards in all aspects of her clinical work. She is committed to delivering a professional, dependable, and honest level of patient care.

Nyasa Groenewald
Speech and Language Therapist
Nyasa is a committed, detail-orientated and highly adaptable Speech and Language Therapist who strives for excellence and loves to help others succeed.
Having previously lived in both Peru and South Africa, Nyasa is trilingual and multicultural, bringing a unique perspective to the team.

She has experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist in various settings, including community-based settings and private paediatric practice in South Africa as well as the SEN sector in the UK.
​
Nyasa follows a person-centred approach to providing services and is passionate about using her skills to enable others to grow in their communication.
Annelyse Apicella
Speech & Language Therapist
Annelyse is very motivated Speech and Language Therapist who is excited and fascinated by the world of AAC.
She was born in France and taught French at Bristol and Bath university for six years before retraining as a Speech and Language therapist.

She has always been passionate about language and communication, and helping people find their voice.
Her creativity and flexibility helps her find ways to assist clients in achieving their goals. She is solution-focused, positive, and enthusiastic, she is often referred to as “The Cheerleader” by her friends and peers!
Lianne Spicer
Client Co-Ordinator
As Client Coordinator, Lianne is responsible for the smooth day to day running of our practice. This includes providing support to our clients and liaising with the people involved within their care to arrange appointments and share information.
Lianne prides herself on making the onboarding and therapy journey as simple and stress-free as possible for our clients and their caregivers.
